HULLS Advanced asymmetric hull form designed for
jet drive units with constant deadrise sections. The high bridgedeck
is faired into the hulls for efficient water clearance.
Sophisticated chine and spray rail system. The hull is a one-piece
moulding employing a Kevlar based hybrid construction system both under
and over a complete stringer and rib integrated structure.
SUPERSTRUCTURE The deck, coachroof and cockpit are
a one piece moulding using a combination of a Kevlar based hybrid FRP
construction system together with rib and sandwich stiffening. The
deck moulding is bonded to the hull with a similar lightweight laminate
which is increased a high load points with a mixture of complex woven
rovings. The boat is completed by integral foam cored composite
bulkheads between the hulls and deck providing a strong and lightweight
structure.
